Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Paint Process Engineer to become a vital member of our innovative team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, execution, and enhancement of paint processes, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in our production operations.

Utilizing state-of-the-art machinery and robotics, you will spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence in our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine paint processes to achieve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to convert product specifications into process guidelines
  • Perform root cause analysis for process challenges and execute corrective measures
  • Partner with ABB Robotics to improve automated painting solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement projects employing methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen
  • Offer technical guidance and training to team members
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
  • Conduct process audits and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in paint processing technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, with a focus on paint processes
  • Familiarity with ABB Robotics and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the coatings industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD applications
