- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive care environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in emergency nursing, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
- Acute care experience highly preferred.
