Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
- Specialized certifications, as needed.
