This part-time position involves providing essential front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Area Manager. Our Core Crew members play a crucial role in driving the success of [solidcore] by enhancing sales, promoting our studio, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine client-facing tasks, including setting up new accounts, scheduling, canceling, and rebooking classes, as well as managing package purchases and other account-related requests.
  • Guide prospective clients through our facility, thoroughly explaining the [solidcore] workout methodology and demonstrating the exercises.
  • Engage regularly with clients to gather and address their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels, responding promptly to any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all studio retail offerings, including class packages, apparel, and current promotions.
  • Stay informed about studio events, issues, or schedule changes, and communicate these updates to clients and team members as necessary.
  • Assist the Area Manager and Coaches with daily operations, ensuring the studio remains impeccably clean and providing an exceptional experience for clients.
  • Report any employee or client complaints to the Area Manager and assist in addressing these issues appropriately.
  • Quickly resolve any visible maintenance or equipment concerns.
  • Communicate with studio leads through various channels to drive sales.
  • Follow up with client lists to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email.
  • Notify coaches about client milestones and organize celebrations accordingly.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
  • Preferred experience in sales (1 year).
  • Familiarity with MBO systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate all areas of the studio.
Compensation & Benefits
