About the Role

The Surgical Team Leader - OR will be responsible for managing the OR team, ensuring seamless patient flow, and making decisions regarding staffing and resources. This individual will work closely with the Nursing Manager to develop clinical standards, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader to join our expanding Perioperative team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care, leading teams, and driving quality improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Completion of a Nursing degree
