Patient Care Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float Registered Nurse. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, while also participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and RequirementsThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in medical-surgical nursing, a valid RN license in Massachusetts, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
