Job Responsibilities- We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a 36-hour per week schedule, with a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients undergoing surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Your role will involve supervising and evaluating the activities of other team members, executing immediate directives, and intervening in elective and urgent or emergent situations.
- Master's degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical nursing or a related field is necessary.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and BLS certification are mandatory.
- We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
