Job Description

Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our retail store team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the store team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store appearance.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
