Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a License/Permit Program Associate. In this role, you will provide administrative and program support to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety, Bureau of Food and Recreational Businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing applications, certificates, licenses, and registrations, as well as data entry in electronic data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety, Bureau of Food and Recreational Businesses
• Review and process applications, certificates, licenses, and registrations
• Perform data entry in electronic data management systems
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Perform general administrative tasks for Bureau support

Requirements

• Experience providing customer service and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Training and/or experience using personal computer software, including Microsoft Office applications or similar
• Experience working independently, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating effective organizational, administrative, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing licensing and/or permitting functions
• Training and/or experience interpreting and applying rules and/or regulations
• Experience with computer software such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, HealthSpace, and/or Access databases
