Customer Service Leader

At Hannaford, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Front End department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our store office functions are completed accurately and on time. Your duties will include overseeing customer service standards, assisting the Customer Service Manager, and contributing to sales growth through excellent customer service. If you're passionate about providing a great customer experience and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers through the achievement of Hannaford customer service standards.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual.
  • Assist the Front-End department in maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets.
