Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Setup
    • Follow manufacturer specifications and AAADM guidelines for installing new automatic door systems.
    • Program and configure door controls, sensors, and safety features.
    • Conduct tests to ensure proper functionality and safety of installed systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance checks on automatic doors to prevent malfunctions.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and sensor-related issues.
    • Repair or replace components such as door operators, sensors, rollers, and tracks as required.
  • Inspection and Compliance
    • Inspect automatic doors to ensure compliance with AAADM standards and local regulations.
    • Document inspection findings and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades.
    • Assist clients in obtaining AAADM certification for their automatic door systems.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond promptly to service calls and inquiries from clients regarding automatic door systems.

Requirements

  • AAADM certification is mandatory.
