About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy per plan of care, including routine and intensive therapy and diagnostic procedures.
  • Measure ventilator volumes, pressures, and blood gas analysis.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and general acceptance of treatment.
  • Perform a variety of duties related to setting up, operating, cleaning, sterilizing, and storing respiratory therapy equipment.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Vocational School Graduate.
  • Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT), or Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT).
