Vertical Integrity is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee a segment of a large residential project in the Southern California region.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Study plans, specifications, and site conditions to effectively manage construction.
- Scheduling: Schedule all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule, ensuring trade compliance.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to the scope of work, approved plans, approved submittals, specifications, and industry standards.
- Site Inspection: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure the work of all trades meets the highest quality standards.
- Safety Management: Ensure all trades comply with the Safety Program.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative functions, including weekly reporting of schedule, quality punch lists, inspection status, and site conditions.
- Team Management: Manage assistant site managers and laborers.
- Experience: 10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
- Skills: Ability to read plans and specifications, expertise in schedule management, and ability to run residential projects in the Southern California area.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to resolve issues with co-workers, owners, and subordinates, and in-depth knowledge of residential construction processes.
