Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at ISAT Total Support. As a key member of our Project Management Group, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical support for assigned projects, providing expertise in seismic bracing and engineering solutions.
- Oversee junior project managers and ensure the quality of work on assigned projects.
- Assist in the training of new modelers and project managers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Provide field training and support, including seismic bracing training for installers and junior project managers.
- Collaborate with sales and branch project managers to generate quotes and scope of work forms.
- Represent ISAT Total Support in correspondence and face-to-face meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Stay up-to-date with building codes, including IBC, ACI, ASCE, and OSHPD, and apply this knowledge to support project managers, modelers, and detailers.
- Develop and catalog new applications of support systems, creating better solutions for the future.
- Advanced knowledge of building codes, including ASCE, ACI, NDS, AISC, AISI IBC, CBC, and UFC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, Staad, Mathcad, VBA, and/or ARX programming.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel for extended periods to support large-scale projects outside the local market.
