About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Manager for Plant Systems to join our team at NovaTech Industries. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the assembly of system installations in the food processing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the assembly of system installations, ensuring timely and professional execution of work.
  • Oversee the work of internal and external personnel on construction sites in Germany and abroad, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in construction meetings and coordinate with customers on site to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or open points in a proactive manner.
  • Document and invoice assembly work upon completion, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) with further education as a master or technician or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an assembly manager in mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics and welding (ideally TIG process).
  • High willingness to travel internationally, including longer assignments.
  • Excellent organizational and improvisational skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, high flexibility, and resilience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
