Residential Program Manager Opportunity

Pinnacle Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our residential sites in the Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations and program service delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery and provide ongoing training, direct supervision, and coaching to Direct Support Professionals.
  • Ensure medication administration compliance and prioritize person-centered practices to support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
  • Serve as the emergency contact and first point of contact for individuals served, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of Therap.
  • Meet one of the DHS Program Coordinator Standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three years of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a 245D licensed setting.
  • Knowledge of DBT and experience working with individuals with RAD, PTSD, FASD, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Compensation:

$19.25/hour with flexible scheduling and a blend of direct care and administrative work.
