Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Helper/Laborer to join our team at Noble Aerospace. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plating process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place parts on and off racks as needed to prepare them for the plating process.
  • Perform bending of aluminum wires on racks to secure parts and ensure proper placement.
  • Tighten bolts and screws using equipment and tools to ensure secure fastening.
  • Assist the Plater in cleaning tanks and perform visual inspections to ensure no over-plating.
  • Use an air hose to dry parts after the plating cycle.
  • Prepare and package parts for shipping.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Comfortable using basic tools, such as wire cutters and an air hose.
  • Ability to work on a platform with tanks of acid and chemicals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Physical Demands
  • Walking/standing for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to wear a respirator.
  • Moderate pushing and pulling.
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Exposure to heat, noise, and chemical fumes in production areas.
