Noble Aerospace is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coating surface parts, assembling and finishing products with protective or decorative materials. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring high-quality finishes. Key Responsibilities:

* Determine and select the correct mixes of coating material
* Apply paint to parts as directed by job orders
* Identify and coat areas that are inaccessible to hand sprayer
* Troubleshoot and repair paint guns
* Run ovens as needed
* Conduct visual inspections of masking on parts to ensure consistency
* Complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:

* Ability to communicate, read, and understand English
* Basic math skills
* Experience using and troubleshooting gravity spray gun
* Previous experience in aerospace industry or automotive repair, a plus

Physical Demands:

* Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
* Exposed to heat, noise, and chemical fumes while in production areas

Note: Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
