This role will be responsible for the movement of freight throughout the Oak Harbor process in an efficient manner while meeting on-time service commitments and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and direct schedules through dock supervisors and drivers according to customer and Oak Harbor requirements.

• Manage cost goals at all levels of the terminal to optimize efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in the LTL and/or Transportation Industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

• Effective organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
