Kennedy Jenks is seeking a highly skilled Lead Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Hawaii.

The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of the commissioning process and acceptance testing for marine port and dry dock ancillary facilities as part of a dynamic design, construction, startup and commissioning team contracted with the Federal Government.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a 4-year project with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and at least 10 years of related experience, including 5 years of commissioning experience and 5 years of project management experience.

Certification in one of the following areas is required or the ability to obtain certification: NEBB qualified Systems Commissioning Administrator (SCA), ACG Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), ICB/TABB Certified Commissioning Supervisor, BCA Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), AEE Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), University of Wisconsin-Madison Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), or ASHRAE Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP).

The successful candidate will have strong facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills, as well as highly effective communication skills with clear and concise writing and presentation skills.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be $135,000 to $155,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
