Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide precise information regarding the services offered by Klie Law Offices, PLLC.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, striving for maximum satisfaction.
- Handle orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- A strong interest in consultative sales approaches.
- Resilience in the face of rejection.
- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence.
- Familiarity with the legal sector is advantageous.
