About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at CENTERS, LLC. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services and events.



Key Responsibilities



  • Special Events:

    • Assist in planning and executing special events, including developing and managing individual event budgets.
    • Collaborate with other departments as needed to execute special events.
    • Sign up for and attend area events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

  • Sponsorships:

    • Develop and maintain sponsorship marketing material, including contact new companies about sponsorship opportunities.
    • Maintain proper communication with existing accounts to ensure successful partnerships.

  • Assessments:

    • Develop and administer assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
    • Collect and enter data, analyze data, and create reports using the data to inform future marketing decisions.

  • Other Responsibilities:

    • Attend office, staff, and department meetings as scheduled to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
    • Be available to work evenings and weekends as required to support events and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements



  • Experience in marketing, advertising, design, event-planning, or other related fields.
  • Ability to use or learn to use various computer software programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and ideas to stakeholders.
  • Analytics skills to identify problems, assess alternatives, and render consistent, logical decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced life choices.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Environment and Physical Demands


This role will be based in an office environment, with occasional work in a fitness center environment. The physical demands of this role include sitting at a desk or table for at least 50% of the workday, standing or walking for at least 50% of the workday, and repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement while operating computer equipment. The role also requires occasional bending, stooping, and extended periods of reading fine print.
