Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor team members in the development and revisions of documented procedures within H2W for all Consumer Bank Segments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Assist in crafting internal procedures for high-risk job functions across each segment.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to review procedures due for annual assessment and discuss upcoming initiatives requiring new procedures.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents and forms for necessary updates.
  • Provide monthly reports detailing completed and upcoming annual reviews.
  • Draft and distribute communications as required.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various roles and responsibilities within each segment and the overall function of the segment.
  • Represent Field Operations and the Consumer Bank in various projects and initiatives.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of banking experience is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in procedure writing and oversight.

Required Education & Skills:

Extensive knowledge of banking practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking software is required. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks is crucial. Candidates must possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Demonstrated success in change and project management is a must.
