The Lutheran Home is in search of a compassionate and proficient Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to contribute to our day shift operations. In this capacity, you will be engaged in our health center, responsible for administering medications and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of service and dignity among our care professionals.
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Administering prescribed medications to residents while maintaining accurate medical records under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitoring vital signs or observing residents to assess their reactions to medications, and promptly reporting any unexpected responses to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as required.
- Responding to call lights and taking necessary actions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Reviewing resident care plans and delivering nursing care as specified.
This role offers a consistent 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, requiring work for 7 out of 14 calendar days. Typical hours are from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Current Missouri CMT certification
