Responsibilities:- Assist physicians and office staff with patient care activities, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications.
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience preferred.
- Must be a Certified or Registered MA.
