Job Description

Siskin Children's Institute is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as an Early Interventionist. As a key member of our Home- and Community-Based Early Intervention program, you will work closely with families and children to provide support and guidance in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for a caseload of 16-20 families, providing direct services and collaborating with service coordinators to assess needs and priorities.
  • Assess child development and monitor progress toward Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals.
  • Provide collaborative consultation with community-based teachers to ensure children receive numerous learning opportunities throughout the day.
  • Fulfill reporting requirements for the Tennessee Early Intervention System.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with young children and families.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills highly desired.
Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
