Key Responsibilities:

Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.

Maintain product quality standards and ensure that all meat products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored.

Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate effectively with members of the team.

Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.

Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a meat cutting or wrapping role.

Knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
