Job Summary:

C and D Enterprises dba Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our food production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for cutting meat according to product specifications and time standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
  • Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
  • Cleanliness: Eliminates cross-contamination by sanitizing all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat.
  • Operational Excellence: Uses administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and to determine the production level.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
