Concierge Coordinator Job Description

At Gaming Enterprise, we're seeking a skilled Concierge Coordinator to provide exceptional guest service to our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a guest's visit, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized concierge services to guests, including transportation arrangements, ticket purchases, and hotel reservations.
  • Sell gift cards and event tickets via Ticketmaster, promoting all promotional activities scheduled at the casino.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information on casino events and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the gaming team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • One year of retail, hospitality, or concierge experience.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office.
