Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Oversee a team of Associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to train others and demonstrate leadership skills

Marshalls offers a competitive starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, and more.
