About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team at Returnmates. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and materials, working closely with drivers, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to guarantee on-time delivery in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day dispatching operations, manage drivers' schedules, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with drivers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Track inventory movements and manage the inventory database to ensure inventory is moving efficiently and effectively
  • Supervise administrative formalities and keep documentation organized and up to date
Requirements
  • Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
  • Fast typing with experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking
  • High school diploma

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, the online returns process, and logistics
