Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care, mobility, and communication
  • Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution

  • Help individuals identify and participate in social and leisure activities
  • Monitor vitals and promote positive behavior
  • Attend medical appointments and ensure accurate information is relayed
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid State of Michigan driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts and performance expectations
