Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to all Surveillance protocols and guidelines
Facilitate communication between the Surveillance team and other departments and agencies
Review and manage all documentation
Train or assign training responsibilities to Surveillance staff
Fill in for Surveillance personnel as necessary and cover open shifts
Keep team members updated on changes in casino policies, procedures, and gaming-related matters
Conduct interviews for vacant positions
Assist in the performance management of the Surveillance team, including disciplinary actions and performance evaluations
Monitor activities within the casino premises
Prepare accurate reports and maintain current logs
Document all activities occurring on the property
Duplicate media as required
Operate all surveillance technology
Occasional heavy lifting may be required
Remain seated and observe monitors for extended periods when necessary
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
Must uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to learn and operate all surveillance technology
Exceptional customer service skills are essential for both external and internal clients, adhering to the All Star Service Principles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in casino Surveillance Management is required.
Knowledge of internal and external theft, card games, slot machines, cash handling, and other casino operations is preferred.
Previous experience in a casino environment is advantageous.
Experience with DVR systems is highly desirable.
