Job Title: Surveillance Officer

Bally's Corporation is seeking a skilled Surveillance Officer to join our team at Bally's Black Hawk Casino. As a Surveillance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Gaming Operations: Utilize closed circuit television monitors to observe table games, slot floor, and critical areas of the casino, detecting any potential crimes or disturbances.
  • Respond to Incidents: Notify authorities as needed and take corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Knowledge of Gaming Laws: Possess a basic understanding of Colorado gaming laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate and implement department procedures, complete surveillance reports, and conduct investigations.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong sense of confidentiality and ability to function in a multi-task situation.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Colorado Division of Gaming License and TIPs certification required.
