WHAT IS THE JOB?

We are seeking a committed team of food and beverage Runners/Bussers to join our mission of elevating the ordinary to extraordinary. In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the expo line for incoming food orders, organizing them efficiently, and delivering dishes to the correct tables.
  • Monitoring the bar area for freshly crafted drinks and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
  • Maintaining open communication with kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders to address any guest concerns.
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly manner and fulfilling any additional requests following food and drink service.
  • Clearing used plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and transporting them to the designated washing area.
  • Ensuring that your service team is well-stocked with glassware, plateware, and utensils at all service points.
  • Bringing enthusiasm and energy to each shift, contributing to a lively atmosphere.
  • Infusing the renowned Austin vibe into our service approach, creating the ideal Electric Shuffle experience.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver consistent service with meticulous attention to detail, even during busy periods.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and demonstrating efficiency in all tasks.
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas to enhance our service delivery.
While prior experience as a Runner/Busser is valuable, we prioritize attitude and cultural fit.
