About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our team at Joyner Law. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting sales opportunities into clients and maintaining consistent contact with clients throughout their legal cases.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients from our marketing channels and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain regular, structured contact with clients throughout their cases, ensuring they feel supported throughout the course of their case.
  • Build trust and secure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and communication; follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us.
  • Update customer databases regularly to ensure the most up-to-date client information is provided to the Case Operations team to ensure a smooth hand-off.
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are met.
Requirements
  • Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
  • Candidate must reside in Colorado and have the ability to commute during the 90-day probationary period.
  • Two (2) years previous experience in high-ticket sales of professional services (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Understanding of the sales process and experience working with CRM systems.
