Radius Global Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to initiate the collection of past due balances for a large multinational bank. The ideal candidate will partner with our Legal Administrative team and attorneys to take necessary legal action when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate inbound and outbound telephone calls to consumers regarding delinquent accounts.
- Manage accounts according to Company and Client work standards.
- Utilize collection tools in accordance with company procedures.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with consumers.
- Accurately update accounts in the collection system.
- Make informed decisions to resolve unpaid account issues.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education a plus.
- Previous collections, litigation, customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience required.
- Previous legal collections experience preferred.
- Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient PC skills and excellent typing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally.
Background checks and drug-screens are performed. EEO Disabled/Veteran.
