In this client-facing position, you will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships while representing our esteemed property management team. We seek a candidate with a proven track record in leasing residential units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical tasks as needed.
  • Address general inquiries regarding rental properties and amenities.
  • Manage phone calls, welcome prospective clients, and conduct tours of model apartments.
  • Assist potential residents in completing rental applications and lease documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing expertise is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary, with intermediate skills being advantageous.
