Our fantastic new Customer Service/Product Specialist position is an exciting opportunity offering all of the thrills of the retail automotive industry without the long hours and the uncertainty of commissioned Sales. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO MAKE OR CLOSE SALES

Ideal position for the displaced Food Services and retail customer service industry worker Servers and retail csr professionals will receive top consideration

The Product Specialist provides educational and informative product presentations and test drives while generating customer enthusiasm about the entire Chevrolet product line up. A clean driving record and excellent communication skills are required for this role.

**REPEAT: The position DOES NOT involve or require negotiation or closing skills.**

This is a FULL-TIME position Part time positions may be available

Now HIRING at our busy Chevrolet Dealership just north of Wal Mart in Elyria, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities:

Become a Chevy product knowledge expert AND:

* Greet customers and welcome them to the showroom

* Establish rapport and build a trusting relationship with the customer

* Discover the particular vehicle wants, needs and desires of the customer

* Inform, Inspire and excite customers with in-depth Chevrolet product information and insight by providing exceptional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives

* Promote the unique selling points and key features of Chevrolet products and their benefits to the customer

* Offer best-in-class customer service

* Keep up to date with the latest product information

* Provide the customer a "World Class" delivery experience post-purchase/lease

Qualifications:

A History of stable employment is a BIG PLUS

In addition, our ideal candidate(s) have:

* Great attitude with a high-energy personality

* Ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed - 37-40 hours per week schedule

* Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs

* Fantastic communication skills with your customers

* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

* Valid drivers license with clean driving record

We will fully train you for this full-time position No previous experience in automotive sales is necessary
