LADGOV CORPORATION Gospel Service Coordinator Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gospel Service Coordinator to join our team at LADGOV CORPORATION. This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating religious community events, managing calendars, and preparing event materials.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational skills to coordinate with parish ministries and groups, prepare event materials, and ensure timely scheduling.
- The successful candidate will have expertise in using electronic calendars, databases, and office software to manage events, registrations, and volunteer information.
- This role requires effective collaboration with diverse groups and ministries, as well as knowledge of protocols for purchasing and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for preparing and distributing the Gospel Service bulletin each week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and update master electronic calendars and ministry-specific calendars to reflect events and programs.
- Collaborate with the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain and the Pastoral Service Community calendar to ensure seamless event planning.
- Provide guidance and support to program directors and volunteers to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
- Coordinate Designated Offerings with the Fund Office and the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Expertise in using electronic calendars, databases, and office software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and ministries.
- Knowledge of appropriate protocols for purchasing and inventory management.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
