As a key member of the project team, you will assist the Project Manager and Estimator with administrative functions, ensuring accurate estimates and timely project completion within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Attend project turnover meetings and assist in generating/maintaining project schedules.
• Assist in setting up and managing submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies, enforcing the company safety program.
• Assist in completing project plans, maintaining project reports, and preparing project closing documents.
• Review construction documents, complete take-offs, and assist in obtaining pricing for materials and subcontractors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction industry, preferably with bridge work.
• Proficiency in Procore, Build2Win, and/or P6, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others, both written and orally.
