Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the coordination of people and processes to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects at the Center of Excellence. This role will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource allocation, and deliver projects on time and within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track status and timing of top engineering design and process changes for the Springfield and Rogersville, MO manufacturing facilities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and facilitate change notice and engineering project meetings.
  • Assist in planning product development cycles and resource plans for future projects.
  • Serve as a mentor and learning resource for entry-level Project Managers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience or 10 years of project management experience and/or education combined.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Project.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and others.
