Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Management: Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that promotes learning, play, and growth.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • Certifications: ECE Teacher Certification (Required), CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required, College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
Compensation and Benefits
