Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
