H2 Performance Consulting Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical technology initiatives supporting military operations.
The Project Manager will be tasked with the initiation, oversight, reporting, and communication for various Marine Information Technology Infrastructure Projects, encompassing numerous sites.
On average, the Project Manager will handle approximately 28-30 IT infrastructure projects monthly.
This position is full-time and requires an active secret clearance at the time of application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and document comprehensive project plans.
- Assess effort and duration for all project tasks.
- Establish a detailed project timeline with key milestones.
- Develop metrics to monitor project progress and success.
- Identify responsible parties for executing project tasks.
- Document responsibilities associated with each project.
- Recognize and document all potential risks linked to a project.
- Communicate risks and impacts to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across various teams and members.
- Create mechanisms for ongoing project progress communication.
- Monitor the execution progress of projects.
- Identify and address potential obstacles or delays.
- Propose mitigation strategies for any identified issues.
- Present project status updates to senior leadership.
- Provide support for compliance with IT standards and protocols.
- Offer design assistance for web content and SharePoint.
- Operate within an agile development framework.
- Ensure timely remediation of compliance findings.
- Conduct training sessions on SharePoint for users and administrators.
- Manage SharePoint certification courses and user councils.
- Support the Authority to Operate (ATO) processes on DoD networks.
- Conduct annual reviews for IT applications.
- Maintain adherence to cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of direct Program/Project Management experience.
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies and IT Infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- ITIL v3 certification is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Network Engineering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with design and build processes is beneficial.
- Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
