Position Overview

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a secure and safe atmosphere by overseeing the daily functions of the Safety and Security division while providing support to the regional Security management as needed.

This role encompasses a range of safety and security tasks along with the upkeep of the healthcare facility, its grounds, and associated properties.

Essential Qualifications

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:
A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) at the Basic Officer level is required within one year of employment.

Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training is also required within one year of employment.


Experience:
Prior experience in healthcare safety and security is essential.
