We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waterpark Attendant. As a key member of our pool and water park operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

• Maintain the pool area, including cleaning, testing, and balancing the water chemistry, and performing basic pool maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the pool area is safe and secure, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized pool area, including restrooms and surrounding facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the pool and water park area.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a pool or water park environment is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
