Job Overview:

As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our field service operations, ensuring safety, mastery, and efficiency. You will cultivate a culture of camaraderie and unparalleled client experiences, empowering our Field Service Technicians to surpass customer expectations and achieve our ambitious company objectives.

    • Be the custodian of stellar customer service, setting new benchmarks in satisfaction.
    • Swiftly navigate customer concerns to resolutions, reinforcing trust and loyalty.
    • Mastermind the seamless functionality of our cutting-edge palletizing and conveying systems.
    • Foster robust communication channels between clients and our sales force.
    • Innovate service strategies to expedite solutions and uplift service agreements.
  • Safety & Compliance Advocacy:
    • Prioritize safety above all, instilling a zero-incident mindset through proactive training and adherence.
    • Craft and disseminate bespoke safety protocols, ensuring team-wide compliance.
  • Operational Mastery:
    • Oversee operational finances, optimizing service delivery for peak profitability.
    • Hit and exceed service metrics, from cost management to tool stewardship and rapid response.
  • Financial Stewardship:
    • Navigate the fiscal landscape of field services, from budget crafting to meticulous expense oversight.
    • Forecast service revenue with precision, contributing to our financial foresight.
  • Talent Cultivation & Performance Excellence:
    • Architect robust training frameworks, elevating skillsets and driving performance.
    • Conduct transformative coaching and appraisals, fostering professional growth.
  • Administrative Leadership:
    • Spearhead data-driven initiatives, propelling continuous departmental evolution.
    • Uphold the highest standards in documentation and operational compliance.
    • Actively participate in and promote our safety and environmental ethos.
  • On-Call Support & Versatile Engagement:
    • Provide pivotal support in our on-call rotation, ensuring emergency readiness.
    • Embrace diverse responsibilities, adapting to the evolving needs of our dynamic enterprise.

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel as needed, ensuring the seamless operation and development of our team.

Pay transparency: $68,800-$120,000

Please note that compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
