- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions, and experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range: $70,200 to $74,100 plus bonus annually.
