Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales: Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Control Expenses: Protect company assets, manage inventory, and maintain a professional appearance consistent with company policies.
  • Supervise Associates: Participate in training programs, recruit and train store personnel, and communicate with employees at all levels of the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.
